ABOUT THE ROLE:

Generate high-quality social content that grows AI OnlyFans creators. This is primarily a content-production role: you will turn briefs and references into polished reels, carousels, stories, hooks, and stronger creative variations. Performance data is used as feedback for improving the next batch, not as the center of the job.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Generate a consistent daily volume of high-quality reels and supporting social content.
Create polished hooks, concepts, carousels, stories, and variations that fit the assigned AI creator.
Turn direct creative feedback and basic performance signals into better content the next day.

HOW WE OPERATE:

Our management style is direct. Criticism is blunt, assignments are clear, and you are expected to turn pressure into better output. You must absorb training, apply feedback without defensiveness, and show visible improvement over time. Repeatedly ignoring instructions or failing to improve is incompatible with this role.
