ABOUT THE ROLE:

Represent an AI creator in live OnlyFans fan conversations, build genuine rapport, and convert attention into revenue without breaking character. You will work inside an AI OnlyFans management agency and must be comfortable with adult conversations and content. The role requires fast writing, emotional control, and consistent execution of the trained process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build rapport while maintaining the creator's voice and boundaries.
  • Move conversations toward sales without sounding scripted or careless.
  • Respond to direct coaching with immediate, visible improvement.

HOW WE OPERATE:

Our management style is direct. Criticism is blunt, assignments are clear, and you are expected to turn pressure into better output. You must absorb training, apply feedback without defensiveness, and show visible improvement over time. Repeatedly ignoring instructions or failing to improve is incompatible with this role.
