ABOUT THE ROLE:

Review the source clips, image choices, and finished reels made by our AI Marketing VAs. Catch weak work before it is scheduled, explain exactly what needs to change, and train the team to make better decisions without the owner reviewing every file.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Review identity, realism, hooks, audio, and brand fit at each production stage.
  • Approve, return, or reject work with an exact reason and a clear correction.
  • Coach VAs, keep useful examples and checklists, and verify improvement in the next batch.
  • Check scheduled and live content; verify rejected posts are removed from every destination.
  • Track quality, repeated errors, spend, and performance. Escalate blockers before they spread.

HOW WE OPERATE:

Use approved and rejected examples to learn the standard. Give direct feedback tied to a frame, timestamp, or specific choice. Check whether a problem comes from judgment, unclear training, or a tool issue. Expand production and publishing access only after consistently good work.
