ABOUT THE ROLE:

Prepare and operate social accounts for AI OnlyFans creators so they are ready for consistent posting and growth. This role requires patience, accurate tracking, and the discipline to avoid risky shortcuts that damage account health.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Warm up and operate assigned accounts according to the documented process.
  • Track actions, restrictions, and account condition accurately.
  • Escalate warning signs quickly and avoid behavior that creates unnecessary risk.

HOW WE OPERATE:

Our management style is direct. Criticism is blunt, assignments are clear, and you are expected to turn pressure into better output. You must absorb training, apply feedback without defensiveness, and show visible improvement over time. Repeatedly ignoring instructions or failing to improve is incompatible with this role.
